Hill Country BBQ has drawn a line in the sand and they are daring you to step over it. The Feed Your Face Challenge is going on now: ½ lb of brisket, ½ lb of lean brisket, ½ lb of beef shoulder, ½ of prime rib, 1 small hot side, 1 small cold side, 32 oz. soft drink and 1 cupcake all in 1 hour with no bathroom breaks. Eat it all and the meal is on the house, plus you’ll receive a hat, t shirt and a photo on the Wall of Cue. Fail and you’ll be paying out $65 (the cost of all that food). The real question is, will your significant other be proud or disappointed that you actually ate it all.
